Squats in Varna

Did a quick workout while in Varna. 6x4 Back Squats @ 100, 105, 105, 100, 100, 100 4x4 Front Squats @ 80, 85, 85, 85 Leg extensions Leg hamstring curls Wasn't too hard on my legs. Probably not enough for a quality workout. I should try with more weights next time.
