Monday:

1) 3×1 Snatch @ 85kg (90%) + 2@75kg
2) 3×1 Clean & Jerk @ 110kg (90%) + 2@90kg
3) 3×3 Paused front squat @ 90, 100, 105

Wednesday:

1) 2×1 Snatch @ 80kg (85%) + 2@70kg
2) 2×1 Clean & Jerk @ 100kg (85%) + 2x90kg
3) 3×3 Paused front squat @ 100kg
4) 3xME double-unders
5) 4×3 muscle-ups at green, blue, red, red bands
