Weightlifting update

Tuesday:

1) 3×2 Snatch @ 70kg (75%)
2) 3×2 C&J @ 90kg (75%)
3) 3×3 Paused Front Squat @ 90kg

Wednesday:

1) 3×2 Snatch @ 75kg (80%)
2) 3×2 Snatch @ 95kg (80%)
3) 3×3 Paused Front Squat @ 100, 105, 105

Friday:

1) Find Snatch 1RM
80, 85, 90 – all felt very good and stable
93 – went forward when standing up
95 – deadlift
95 – went forward when standing up to the point of dropping the bar, almost a PR.

2) Find Clean & Jerk 1RM
105 – felt heavy
110 – felt very heavy and the Jerk was super ugly, so I called it a day
