I’m not really sleeping very well while on vacation, but I’m not skipping workouts nevertheless.

Saturday:

1) 3×3 Snatch @ 70kg ( 75% )
2) 3×2 Clean&Jerk @ 90kg
3) 3×3 Paused Front Squat @ 90kg
4) 3×3 Back squat technique @ 60kg, 80kg, 80kg

Monday:

1) 3×1 Snatch @ 80kg ( 85% ) – missed on 75, and missed on 80 😦
2) 3×1 Clean & Jerk @ 100kg ( ~85% )
3) 3×3 Pause Front Squat @ 100kg
