Monday

Pretty tired after the meet yesterday.

1) 3×2 Power Snatch @ 70kg

2) 3×2 C&J @ 90kg

3) 3×3 Paused Front Squat @ 100kg

4) Tabata rope jumps – scored 32

Lots of stretching and foam roller.

Tried some muscle-ups but my back wasn’t having any of that.
