Clean PR

The weightlifting meet was fun. I did everything I was capable of doing.

1) Snatch — 84, 87, 90, 92, 94 failed close, 94 (match my PR), 80

2) Clean&Jerk — 105, 110, 116 failed the clean, 116 got dizzy after the clean and couldn’t try jerk, but it was a clean PR.

3) 3×3 Front Squat @ 100
