There’s going to be weightlifting meet on Sunday. I don’t have any ambitions of performing very well with my back tweak, but I’m going to enjoy it.
1) 3×2 Paused front squat @ 100kg
1) 3×1 Snatch at meet starting weight ( 80kg, ~ 85% ) + 2x70kg
2) 3×1 Clean & Jerk at meet starting weight ( 100kg, ~85% )
1) 2×3 Paused Front Squat @ 100kg
