Triple Paused Front Squat PR

Weightlifting

1) 3×1 Snatch @ 85% ( 80kg ) + 1×2 @ 70kg

My shoulders were in a very bad shape since yesterday and that completely messed my snatches. Couldn’t stabilize the second attempt on 80kg overhead and had to do a double on the 3rd attempt as I missed one.

2) 3×1 Clean&Jerk @ 90% ( 100kg ) + 1×2 @ 90kg, easy cleans with shaky jerks

Strength/Skill
1a) 4×3 Paused Front Squat @ 90, 100, 105, 110 (PR), rest 2:00

The last rep on 110kg was quite ugly, so I look forward to repeating that attempt.

1b) 3×3 ME Strict HSPU – rest 2:00

Conditioning
100 Plank arm reaches
5 Rounds of “Cindy”: 5 Pullups – 10 HR Pushups – 15 Air Squats
100 Plank arm reaches
5 Rounds of “Cindy”: 5 Pullups – 10 HR Pushups – 15 Air Squats
100 Plank arm reaches

Took this one easy and with a constant pace. Finished in around 30min.
