1) 3×3 Paused Front Squat @ 90kg

Friday

Weightlifting

1) 3×1 Snatch @ 80kg

2) 3×1 Clean & Jerk @ 100kg + 1×2 @ 90kg

Squatted all cleans and tried to squat a lot of the snatches.
Focused on keeping me legs closer together on the starting position, also catch wider on the snatches and closer on the cleans; also worked on widening my grip on the clean re-grip.

Strength/Skill
1a) 3X2 Pull-ups + 3 C2B Pull-ups + 3 Bar C2B holds – rest 2:00

1b) 3X3 Paused Front Squat @ 100kg, rest 2:00

Conditioning

50 handstand shoulder touches
20KB Swings @ 32kg
15KB OHS (hold in either hand) 16kg
40 handstand shoulder touches
20KB Swings @ 32kg
