1) Max Snatch, worked to 93 without a miss and I missed on 93
2) Max Clean&Jerk, did 110kg and missed the jerk on 115kg. Clean PR!

1) Heavy Front Squat
2×115(s,f), 2×110, 2×115, 2×120(f)

2) 3×3 Snatch Pull @ 95kg
3) 3×3 Clean Pull @ 115kg

Saturday:

Weightlifting
1) Power Snatch up to 60kg

Strength
1) 3×3 Triple bump paused Front Squat @ 90kg

Sunday:

Conditioning
3 rounds of:

5 Muscle-ups
5 UB T&G Power Snatches @ 42.5
10 TTB
15 Burpees

Rest 1:1

Monday:

Weightlifting
1) Find daily 1RM Snatch

Did 90kg, had 92kg over my head but somehow managed to drop it and failed 93kg.

2) Find daily 1RM Clean&Jerk

Failed 105kg and decided to stop there

Strength
1) 3×3 Triple bump heavy Front Squat @ 90kg
2) 3×3 Snatch Pull @ 95kg
3) 3×3 Clean Pull @ 115kg

Conditioning
For time:

100 DB Snatches with 21kg (50 L/50 R – apportion anyhow)
70 handstand shoulder touches
