1) 3×3 triple-bump paused front squats at 90kg
2) 3×8 strict ring dips

Weightlifting
1) 5×2 Power Clean, worked up to 90kg

Wednesday:

Daily Squats
1) 3×3 triple-bump paused front squats at 90kg

Weightlifting
1) 3×2 Snatch @ ~80% ( 75 kg )
2) 3×2 Clean&Jerk @ ~85% ( 95kg )

Strength/Skill
1) 3×3 triple-bump paused front squats at 100kg
2) 3xME muscle-ups, blue band
3) ME strict ring dips

Conditioning
For time:
2min tabata single rope jumps
50 thrusters @ 20kg
10 power cleans @ 60kg
50 thrusters @ 20kg
2min tabata single rope jumps

Didn’t actually start a clock, but I did it at around 85% effort maybe.

Thursday:

Daily Squats
1) 3×3 triple-bump paused front squats at 90kg
