Body hurts

Woke up noticeably tired today.

Weightlifting

1) Snatch – a couple of heavy singles, try not to rest too much.
warm-up sets, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×85, 1×85(f), 1×85, 1×85, 2×75

2) Clean&Jerk – a couple of heavy singles, try not to rest too much
warm-up sets, 1×90, 1×100, 1×105, 1×105, 1×105, 2×90

Strength/Skill

1) 3×3 Paused triple bump front squat @ 105, 100, 100
2) 4×3 ME UB Muscle-ups

Conditioning
For time:

21 thrusters @ 42.5
21 strict/band pull-ups
15 thrusters @ 42.5
15 strict/band pull-ups
9 thrusters @ 42.5
9 strict/band pull-ups

Wanted to go strict on the pull-ups but they became too difficult very soon so I added-in a band. Kept the thrusters unbroken. Finished in 8min-something.
