warm-up sets, 2×75, 1×80, 1×85, 1×89, 1×92(big fail, almost dropped it my spine), 1×80

2) Clean&Jerk

1×90, 1×100, 1×105, 2×90

Strength

1) Triple bump paused Front Squat

4×3 @ 100kg

Conditioning

1) 3x 1 mile run, while increasing the pace each round. Times were:

1 – around 10min

2 – 8:10min

3 – 7:40min
