Rough Tuesday

MFS – 6/8/5 – woke up feeling fatigued and a bit cranky

Strength
1) Triple bump paused front squat:
3×90, 3×95, 3×100, 3×95

Tried to find a good weight to use for the next month. 95kg felt good – I can do clean controlled reps but the last one does feel heavy.

Weightlifting

1) Hang power cleans:
3×60, 3×70, 3×80, 2×90, 3×80

2) Push jerks from rack:
3×60, 3×70, 3×80

Conditioning

1min – DUs
2min – OH DB walking lunges with 10kg DB in each hand
1min – L-sit hold
2min – DUs
1min – L-sit hold
2min – OH DB walking lunges with 10kg DB in each hand
2min – DUs
