Tough Saturday

Didn’t wake up too fresh today. Since I don’t have a rest day today, I shoved some creatine and l-carnitine into me and hit the weightlifting gym.

Weightlifting

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×70, 2×75, 1×80 (shaky), 1×80, 1×80, 1×80, 2×75 (1), 2×75

Clean&Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×90, 1×100, 1×100, 1×100, 1×100, 2×90

Felt solid on the C&Js and shaky on the snatches. The WOD yesterday didn’t help.

Strength
1a) 4×3 Triple-bump paused front squat @ 100kg – rest 90sec
1b) 5X2:00 Hollow/Arch Hold (rotate every :30, this should be UB) – rest 90 sec.

Conditioning

5X400m Run
Build speed rounds 1-3 to a all out sprint for rounds 4&5. Rest 1:2 each round.
