3x Power clean @ 70kg (the last 4min)

Friday

Crossfit games open workout 15.5.

27-21-15-9 reps for time of:
Row (calories)
Thrusters @ 42.5kg

Unlike most of the Open workouts so far, this workout didn’t suit me very well as my conditioning sucks. It was a struggle. Finished in 13:38.

Saturday

Weightlifting
Snatch: 2×70, 2×75, 2×75, 2×75, 2×70
Clean&Jerk: 2×90, 2×95, 2×95, 2×95, 2×90

Strength
Pause Front Squat: 3×3 @ 100
Snatch Pull: 3×3 @ 90
Clean Pull: 3×3 @ 110

I tweaked my back last Wednesday, and I thought I was getting better until the first clean @ 95kg when I made it worse.

Sunday
Pause Front Squat: 4×3 @ 90
