Snatch and WL total PR at last!

Monday

Went to the local CrossFit gym.

Skill

Muscle-up

Worked on some drills, it was quite nice, especially after I failed to get one for 15.3.

WOD

7 rounds for time of:
7 front squats @ 60kg
7 chest-to-bar pull-ups

My strategy for this workout wasn’t very good. Few mistakes here:
– Decided to do the front-squats all unbroken, which apparently was too heavy for me and after the 4th round, I was gassed.
– Decided that if I do the front squats slower and have the bar on my shoulders to take some rest between the reps will be a good idea. I was wrong. Should’ve done them as fast/efficient as possible and break them up 4-3.
– Should’ve ridden the bump from the bottom on the Front Squat.
The pull-up bar was 10 seconds away from me, which wasn’t ideal but other than that I had no problem with 4-3 chest-to-bar pull-ups. Next time I’ll work on butterfly instead of kip for these. Finished in 11:40.

Tuesday
