It was a bank holiday yesterday so couldn’t really find an open gym at the afternoon, so I went to the stadium for some outdoors work.
Did some skill work for muscle-ups and double-unders, as they’re probably going to be in The Open. Did 5 rounds of 30 seconds for each exercise, not for time.
80-60-40-20 rope jumps
10-08-08-06 handstand push-ups
Both of the above were from a modified friend’s workout. The conditioning part didn’t work very well though, because I couldn’t find a convenient place for the handstands.
