High Volume Monday

Decided to do some volume yesterday, but it didn’t turn out very well.

In the morning, jumped on the rower for a fasted 5K row. Wanted to keep it very light, but also at the same time I wanted to be faster than my last easy 5K row. Ended up to be a serious row with 2:07 average pace for the 5K.

Hit the evening CrossFit class, even though I didn’t really feel recovered from the morning row.

Strength:
Front Squat 5RM

warm-up sets, 5×80, 5×90, 5×100

Didn’t really felt like maxing out on this one so I just stopped at 100 before I hurt myself.

WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Power Cleans @ 50
Push-ups
200m run
