An overdue update

Tuesday:

Since I skipped the Monday workout, decided to do some conditioning/capacity work at home. Ended up with:

2000m row (slow pace ~2:30)
55 burpees ( slow pace ~3:30)

Wednesday:

Went to the weightlifting gym.
Snatched 2×70, 2×75, 2×80, 2×70
C&J 2×90, 2×90, 2×90
Front Squat 3×100, 3×105, 3×100, 5×90, 5×90

Friday:

They moved the workout to 1 hour earlier, so didn’t have too much time.

Strength — Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3
Worked up to 3x150kg, which was nice to get.

WOD
21-15-9 for time of:
Front Squat @ 40
Toes to bar
Push press @ 40

It was short and fun — finished in 8:50.
After I got home, jumped on the rower for another 2000m at slow pace (~2:30) to cool off.
