Went to the 8pm CrossFit class. Usually the warm-up is pretty rough at this gym but this time it was very much like a WOD. It was about 35min, took my breath completely and I was swimming in sweat.

This time I experimented with dropping the bar every ~7 reps and holding my strength for the last round. Didn’t work very well but finished in 7:30min, which is 11s slower than last time, but I’ll take it as I’m also using more weight now and the warm-up was pretty grueling.
