Push press 3-3-3-3-3

Went on with 40-60-70-80-90. Surprisingly the 90kg felt too heavy for 3 reps so I didn’t even try a 2nd. I was actually expecting it to be quite easy. I guess I’ve lost a bit of my push-press mojo.


6 rounds of:

5 strict pull-ups
5 power cleans
5 front squats
10 hand-release push-ups
rest 1 min and more weight

I started with 40kg and did 45, 50, 55, 55, 55. Decided not to put more weight in favor of not losing intensity. Finished in 13:48. It was a fun one.
