– Warmed up slowly and worked until 80kg. All felt very light and solid. Didn’t have time to push more weight.

The double-unders were a struggle. I still haven’t learned them and it was more of a skill exercise. The thrusters and SDHP were easy, so much that I did 7 reps of each for the first 5 rounds by mistake.
Finished 6 rounds in ~33min before I hit the workout deadline.
Went to the weightlifting gym. It was my 4th day in a row doing work which I haven’t done in a long time and could definitely feel it in my body.
