Went to the evening class at the local CrossFit gym yesterday.
1RM back squat:
warm-up sets, 1×100, 1×110, 1×120, 1×130, 1×135(f)
Quite a bit below my PR, but after a month of almost no exercising, I’ll take it.
12min AMRAP of:
6 deadlifts with @ 100kg
12 box jumps @ 60cm
6 burpee pull-ups
Finished 4 rounds, it was fun to have a shorter workout for a change.
