Struggling after new year’s rest

After a few workouts of catching up from the holiday’s rest, I’m back to blogging my workouts.

Strength – power snatch;

Worked up to triples with 70kg, then double on 75kg which wasn’t “power” at all, and finished with a 4 reps on 60kg for technique and volume.

WOD – quite tough one:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time of:
– Lunges with 15kg overhead
– Burpee box jump 60cm
– DB power snatch with 20kg
– Toes-to-bar

Finished at 31:00.
