Front Squat:
3 x 100, 3×100, 3×100, 5×90

Snatch pull:
3×3 @ 95

Clean pull:
3×3 @ 115

4 rounds of:
10 strict pull-ups
15 Dips

Monday

Shoulder press:
warm-up sets, 3×40, 3×50, 3×60, 3×65, 3×65, 3×65, 3×65

Front Squat:
warm-up sets, 3×90, 3×95, 3×100, 3×105, 3×110, I maybe did one more set with 115

21-15-9 reps of:
Thrusters @ 45kg
Burpees

Finished in 10:30.
