Snatch
warm-up sets, 3×70, 3×70, 3×70

All were quite easy and mostly power snatched them.

Squat clean & Jerk
warm-up sets, 3×90, 3×90, 3×90

These took my breath out after each set. It wasn’t easy and it was fun.

Front Squat
3×100, 3×103, 3×103, 3×103(f), 5×90, 5×90
