Saturday weightlifting heavy day

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 3×70, 2×75(f), 1×80, 1×83, 1×85, 1×88

Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 1×90, 1×100, 1×107, 1×110

These match my lifts from almost an year ago and I’m improving so I expect PRs soon.

Front Squat:
3×100, 3×103, 3×103, 3×103

These felt good. I’d say that the it feels like the increased volume of squats from the last about 2 weeks is paying off.

Snatch pull:
3×90, 3×90, 3×90

Clean pull:
3×110, 3×110, 3×110

Finished with:
8 pull-ups
16 double-unders
5 pull-ups
10 double-unders
4 pull-ups
8 double-unders
