warm-up, 2×70, 2×75, 2×80 (PR), 2×80, 3×70

Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×90, 2×95, 2×90

Front Squat:
2×100, 2×103, 2×103, 2×103, 3×100

Never tried doubles on 80kg before, and they felt easy.
