Fun little WOD

Went to the evening class at the local gym.


Double unders:
* 1min of 2 singles + 1 DU
* 1min of 1 single + 1 DU
* 1min DUs
* 100 DUs


Overhead squat:
3×20, 3×50, 3×60, 3×70, 3×80, 3×85, 3×90


4 rounds for time of:
6 x power cleans
12 x front squats
18 x push-ups

This one was quite fun. Finished in 8:05min. Tried to pace it from the start and broke all the squats in two. Also the last 2 rounds broke down the push-ups. I still got side stitch at the end, but it was a lot better than the last few times.
