Hit the weightlifting gym yesterday. It was a technique and volume day. Did more than usual warm-up sets, basically taking it from 20kg and adding 10kg on the bar until I reach the working sets.

warm-up sets, 3×70, 3×70, 3×70

Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×90, 2×90, 2×90

Front Squat:
2×100, 2×100, 2×103

Finished with some conditioning:

21-15-9 for time of:
80kg DL
OTB burpees

Pushed a bit more than the last time and finished in 8:35min.
