Heavy snatches

Hit the weightlifting gym in the morning on Saturday, because my coach was on Eurosport commenting the world weightlifting championship in the afternoon.

Snatch:
Warm-up sets, 2×70, 2×75, 1×80, 1×83, 1×85, 1×87

Clean & Jerk:
Warm-up sets, 2×90, 1×100, 1×104, 1×108(f)

Front squat:
3×3 @ 100

Snatch pull:
3×3 @ 90

Clean pull:
3×3 @ 110
