Wednesday – weightlifting

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×83, 1×85, 1×85, 2×75

Clean&Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×90, 1×100, 1×105(f), 2×90

Front Squat:
2×100, 2×100, 2×100

Friday – conditioning

Overhead squat – up to heavy 3
warm-up sets, 3×70, 3×75

WOD – 5 rounds with 2min rest after each round:
20kg prowler shuttles
3 deadlifts with 1.5 BW
5 ring dips
7 pull-ups
9 v-ups

The prowler shuttles were rough. Finished in 22:37min.
