Push Press – work until a heavy 5:

20-40-50-60-70-80-90

Failed on the 3rd rep of the 90 when the coach asked me not to go on my toes like with the Jerk.

WOD

30-20-10 of:

unbroken squats with 1/2 BW (used 45)
ring dips
pull-ups

Finished around the 16min mark. I guess I should’ve gone easier as I got a side stitch in the middle of the 2nd round.
