I tweaked my shoulder so couldn’t really do any snatches. C&Js were fine.

Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×90, 2×95, 2×100, 2×100, 2×100

Front Squat:
3×90, 3×95, 3×100, 3×103, 3×103(f)

Snatch Pull:
3×3 @ 90kg

WOD
21-15-9 of:
burpees
box jumps @ 60cm

I was focused on keeping easy relaxed pace and not to cause side stitch. Finished it in 7:29min without pushing at all.

Saturday

Weightlifting

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 3×3 @ 70 with 1 min rest

Clean&Jerk:
warm-up sets, 3×2 @ 90 with 1 min rest

Front Squat:
1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 2×105, 2×105, 2×105

Snatch Pull:
3×3 @ 90

Clean Pull:
3×3 @ 90

Upper Body
4×8 pull-ups
4×8 dips
