Deadlift – 3 reps until you reach heavy 3 reps
Handstand push-ups – 5 reps after each deadlift set
Went up to 140kg. Handstands were easy.

7 Clean&Jerks @ 50kg
My bar broke in the middle of the workout, so I had to take a couple of minutes to fix it. Finished in 19:07 (or something). Side-stitches are still bothering me and I had to switch to snail pace for the last 2 rounds.
