Well slept

I slept late because I was kind of tired from yesterday’s workout and wanted to take advantage of the free Saturday.

Anyways, went to the weightlifting gym at round 2:30pm.

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 4×3 @ 70kg with 1 minute rest between the sets

Clean & Jerk: did 3cleans+1jerk each set
warm-up sets: 4×3 @ 90kg again with 1 minute rest between the sets

Front Squat with hold and bump at the bottom:
3×90, 3×100, 3×105, 2×103, 2×103, 3×100

It has been a long time since I last did 3 of these reps with this weight, so I’m quite happy with it.

Ended with some conditioning.

Burpees over the bar

Tried to take it with very slow but with a steady pace. Wanted to keep low heart rate. Finished in 9:58min.
