Strength

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×60, 2×70, 2×75, 2×75, 2×75, 4×60

Clean&Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×60, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 2×95, 2×100

Front Squat:
2×90, 2×95, 2×100, 2×100, 2×100

Rested about a minute between the snatch sets, and about 2min for the heavier C&Js. The Front squats were a lot easier and cleaner than last time.

Conditioning

Finished with a quick AMRAP 8min of:

8 deadlifts @ 80kg
8 over the bar burpees
8 swings with 32kg

Wasn’t pushing on it, just wanted to do some more volume and finished 4 rounds.
