Working on capacity

Went to the local CrossFit gym for the evening workout.

After some stretching we did some skill work on overhead squat.
Did a couple reps on 20-30-40-50-60-70 and then finished with 2×1 @ 80kg. Didn’t feel heavy, so I concentrated on my form.

WOD

2 rounds for time of:

5 Deadlifts @ 80kg
30 walking lunges @ 15kg
10 ring dips
5 Deadlifts @ 80kg
30 box jumps @ 60cm
10 ring dips
5 Deadlifts @ 80kg
30 toes-to-bar
10 ring dips

The first round didn’t really feel heavy and then I ran out of gas, especially on those toes to bars. Finished in 23:02. I’ll take it as I felt much better than the previous workouts and definitely had more in the tank.
