Workouts update

Wednesday

Went to the local CrossFit gym.

Skill

Power Snatch

Worked mostly on my technique, without putting weight on. The heaviest I went with was 60kg.

WOD

21-15-9

SDHP
Pull-ups
Swings
Burpees

Finished in 20 minutes and it was a struggle. My aerobic capacity is completely off.

Saturday

Went to the weightlifting gym, but the coach was on vacation. So I had to figure something out on my own.

EMOTM for 10min 2xSnatch with 65kg
EMOTM for 10min 2xPower clean with up to 90kg

Rotating EMTOM for 15min for a total 5 rounds of each exercise of:
5-7 Front squats with 80kg
5-7 Bench presses with 70kg
5-7 Pull-ups

Monday

To the weightlifting gym again. The coach had it as a heavy day.

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×70, 2×70, 2×75, 1×80, 1×83(f), 1×83(f), 1×83, 1×70

Clean:
warm-up sets, 1×90, 1×100, 1×105, 1×107(f), 2×90
