Went to the local CrossFit gym on Friday. As usual the warm-up there was grueling.
5 x Power clean until we hit the max
I could do only 2 reps on 100kg.
5 rounds for time of:
8 deadlifts with 80kg
8 lateral burpees over the bar
8 military presses with 40kg
Today I finally hit the weightlifting gym again.
warm-up sets, 2×60, 2×70, 2×75, 2×80(f), 2×70, 4×60
Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90
Front Squat with hold and 3 bounces at the bottom:
3 @ 90kg
3×3 @ 95kg
