Wednesday workout

Weight: 87.3
Waist: 81.5

Back in Bulgaria! Haven’t been in my gym for so long that I wanted to do everything and I only had 35 minutes.

Warm-up:
Stretching, practiced weightlifting positions with a metal pipe

Weightlifting:
2 snatches EMOTM for 8 minutes

Built up the weights up to 65kg and stayed at that

Strength:
2 front squats EMOTM for 8 minutes

Built up the weights to 100kg and stayed there.

WOD
5min AMRAP of Cindy with hand-release push-ups.
Finished 6 rounds and a few reps. The gym had to close, so I couldn’t really do more than 5min AMRAP.

Yesterday and today I have a terrible DOMS, but I’m going to hit the local CrossFit gym in a few hours.
