Went to the Park City CrossFit gym, owned by Chris Spealler, with about 15 Automatticians. It was pretty great to go with so many great people.

Got a terrible side stitch around the 8th minute so I had to rest like a minute and a half. Jumped back on the workout right after that and finished with 5 rounds. Started getting more used to the altitude. At least today after the workout, I didn’t have a taste of blood in my mouth and a pain in the lungs.
