Working out at 2100m altitude

Warm-up:

5min of jogging
4 burpees every 30 seconds for 3 minutes.

WOD
21-15-9 of
45 pound thrusters
Burpees

Seemed like quite an easy workout. At altitude – it wasn’t! I was completely gases out on the 2 round. Finished in 11:26min

Finisher:
2 minutes of sprint
