Clean&Jerk:
Warm-up sets, 2×85, 2×95, 2×95, 2×95

Front squat(with hold at the bottom):
2×100, 2×105, 2×105, 2×105

Conditioning:
50 burpees for time. Finished in 2:45. I was pacing for 100 burpees but didn’t feel like it today.
