Went in for the evening class.
We did so many bodyweight exercises that I couldn’t even remember them. It was quite a bit of work, almost worthy of a separate WOD.
5×20, 5×40, 5×60, 5×70, 5×70, 5×80
4 rounds for time of:
3 power cleans with 60kg
9 wall balls
15 60cm box jumps
Finished in 14:55. The prowler was a struggle again. I have to research what is the best technique for it.
