A little bit of weightlifting

Went for a quick weightlifting session today. Apparently the coach decided we’re going to go heavy today. I have back pain for the last few days and that’s why I haven’t done workouts since Saturdays. Anyways, it went fine.

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×60, 2×65, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×83(f), 1×83, 1×86, 1×86, 2×75

Clean&Jerk:
warm-up sets, 2×70, 1×80, 1×90, 1×100, 1×105, 1×109, 2×90

Unfortunately, the gym was closing and didn’t have time for squats and conditioning. I’ll catch up on Friday, Saturday and maybe Sunday.
