Went to the evening class.
Did the last 3 with 140kg and the fives with 120. I’m so used to doing weightlifting that I forgot to bring the bar close to my shins at the start position. Also I feel tight on the left side of the back and didn’t want to push it.
5 rounds for time of:
5 overhead squats with 45kg
15 swings with 32kg
20 sit-ups with 10kg ball
Finished in 24:45min. It was a struggle. The mistake I made was to push a little too much on the 3rd round and then I was out of it until the last round. The last round I didn’t rest at all.
My plan was to go and so some heavy weightlifting but the coach didn’t have time, so I had to improvise for a 20min workout.
Each minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
2 front squats with 100kg
Rested 3 minutes.
30 snatches with 60kg for time with time cap of 7min.
Finished 25 reps in 7 minutes. My legs were tired from yesterday and the front squats finished them which kind of broke my snatches and I missed a bunch of reps.
