Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 3×2 @ 90kg

Front Squat:
3×3 with bump at the bottom @ 100kg

Snatch pull:
3×3 @ 85kg

Clean pull:
3×3 @ 105kg

50 burpees for time — 2:48min

Friday 29th:

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×70, 2×75, 1×80 (f), 1×80, 1×82

Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 1×90, 1×100, 1×105, 2×90

Front Squat:
3×3 with bump at the bottom @ 102kg

WOD 21-15-9 for time of:

Deadlift @ 75kg
Burpees

Finished at 5:03min (I’ll try to do this at 225 and burpees over the bar in the next weeks)
