Shoulder Press:
5-5-5 @ 50kg

WOD:

5 rounds for time of:

6x Cleans @ 60kg
8x Deadlifts @ 60kg
10x Swings @ 2 pood KB

Completed 4 rounds with a time cap of 12 minutes.

Monday

Snatch:
warm-up sets, 2×60, 2×60, 2×65, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×82.5, 1×85 (f), 1×85 (f)

Clean & Jerk:
warm-up sets, 1×90, 1×100, 1×105, 1×107.5, 2×90

Front Squat:
3×3 with bump at the bottom @ 100kg (it was rough)

It has been a long time since I snatched more than 80kg, so I’ll take it.
